How did we get here? UCL started as a shopfitting team based in Auckland with a simple idea: quality spaces shouldn't be reserved for big firms with endless resources.

After picking up its first nationally recognised award, UCL refined its focus around complex shopfitting and interiors, where great ideas are often hampered by unclear pathways and limited budgets. That niche gives us sharper instincts, faster delivery cycles, and a deep understanding of the communication involved to convert intricate ideas to physical reality.
